TERMS OF SERVICES
FOR PAYMENT METHOD:
+ I only accept Paypal and Vietnamese banking (Momo, banks transfers... etc )
+ For all chibi commissions, I will send you an invoice after you accept the sketch.
+ For humanoid style, I will take full payment upfront before the sketch.
For my ability to draw:
+ I can draw most types of characters and backgrounds; however, for the small chibi type,
I will have the details simplified to better suit the art style.
+ I am good at drawing both females and males from the range of young to adult, pets, cute accessories, etc. My weaknesses are elders, mecha, and incest.
+ I have the right to refuse your commission if it isn't within my ability.
MY WORKING PROCESS:+ You will first receive the first sketch showing poses, facial expressions, and color; you can make any changes in this process. If you want to start over another sketch or change the posture of the characters, extra fees will be charged for a new sketch.
+ There will be 2-3 revisions per commission; except for small chibi, there will be only one revision; however, you can make some minor changes to the finished work like changing the color or the background (This change can only be made in tall chibi and small chibi).
+ I might be busy with other commissions while I am working for you; if so, I will tell you beforehand how many commissions are in my queue at that point so you can decide what is best for you.
+ Please send me the most specific references of what you want me to draw. If you have an idea on your mind and want me to follow your instructions, please describe your idea to me in the description box or just message me, either way is fine.
+ And for all the extra services (fast delivery, adding characters, etc.), feel free to message me for information.
REFUND AND CANCELING:
+ If I haven't started the commission: 100% refund.
Sketch: 70% refund.
Lineart: 50% refund
+ After approving the lineart progress, there will be no refund.--> Delivery:
The delivery of the artwork will be in digital form.
CREDITS AND COPYRIGHTS:+ I will be using your final commission in my portfolio and social media, and I will credit you as my client. If you want to keep the commission private, please message me.+ You are allowed to use the commission as you want for a project or private usage, but I still own that artwork. Please credit me in your description.+ If you want to use the commission for commercial purposes please add the extra "license" for x2 the price of the personal commission for digital streaming purpose, x3 the price of the personal commission for merchadie, printing, selling purpose (except for virtual model commission as the commercial fee is already included).
Special:
Only for indie Vtubers or streamers who are Vietnamese or have less than 1K subscribers in your most recent streaming platform, you can freely use personal commissions for promoting, posting them on any social media, excluding streaming or video creating such as Youtube, Twitch, etc. The price to use them for streaming-related activities will have to be charged commercial fees.
